Shipping Policy:

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping from Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners.
 

  • Australia: Standard shipping (3-7 business days at $8.95) and express shipping (1-3 business days at $11.95) options are available at checkout.
     

  • International: Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping costs vary based on location, this will be calculated at checkout. 
     

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or unforeseen postal service disruptions.

Returns & Replacements:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.
 

  • Change of Mind: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
     

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If we can verify that the item arrived faulty, we will send a replacement. Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
     

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
