Gift vouchers/gift cards are redeemable only at The Cosmetic Emporium for the services offered, such as lip blush treatments.

Gift vouchers/gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

Gift vouchers/gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Expired gift vouchers/gift cards will not be honoured or refunded.

Gift vouchers/gift cards are non-transferable and must be presented by the named recipient to redeem services.

A valid gift voucher/gift card must be presented at the time of booking.

Appointments are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended. Please mention the gift voucher/gift card when booking.

The cancellation policy of The Cosmetic Emporium applies to all bookings made using a gift voucher/gift card. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of the voucher/card.

The Cosmetic Emporium is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers/gift cards. Lost or stolen vouchers/cards will not be replaced.

If the full value of the gift voucher/gift card is not redeemed in one session, the remaining balance will remain valid until the expiry date. No refunds will be given for any remaining balance.

Gift vouchers/gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Cosmetic Emporium reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication.

All terms are subject to local laws and regulations, which may supersede certain terms in the event of a conflict.
