• Gift vouchers/gift cards are redeemable only at The Cosmetic Emporium for the services offered, such as lip blush treatments. • Gift vouchers/gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.

• Gift vouchers/gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. • Expired gift vouchers/gift cards will not be honoured or refunded.

• Gift vouchers/gift cards are non-transferable and must be presented by the named recipient to redeem services.

• A valid gift voucher/gift card must be presented at the time of booking. • Appointments are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended. Please mention the gift voucher/gift card when booking.

• The cancellation policy of The Cosmetic Emporium applies to all bookings made using a gift voucher/gift card. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of the voucher/card.

• The Cosmetic Emporium is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers/gift cards. Lost or stolen vouchers/cards will not be replaced.

• If the full value of the gift voucher/gift card is not redeemed in one session, the remaining balance will remain valid until the expiry date. No refunds will be given for any remaining balance.

• Gift vouchers/gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The Cosmetic Emporium reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication.

• All terms are subject to local laws and regulations, which may supersede certain terms in the event of a conflict.
